"Improvisational Storytelling" Summer Camp 6/9-6/13 9am-3pm Ages 7+
Can children create their own show? “YES, AND!” They’ll be able to explain what “yes, and” means by the end of it. Improvisational Storytelling is not just about coming up with jokes, even though there will be plenty of laughs all through the show. As the children learn the fundamentals of improv they will also learn skills that make every actor stand out in a room, and every person excel in life. Plus, it’s just FUN!
We will stage this improv showcase on our two-story deck stage. Along with producing a 30-minute improvised showcasethe students will enjoy new theater games, friends, creative crafts, and all the free play that our acreage provides.
June 9th-June 13th, 9am-3pm with a free performance for family and friends on Friday at 3pm.
Children need to pack a lunch, refillable water bottle, and snack each day, and bring sunblock and bug spray of their choice. Children must wear close toed shoes. Our pest control does cover about two of our acres but not the wooded area.
